Carolyn Anne Connelly
It is with great sorrow that the family of Carolyn Anne Connelly, formerly of Cherry Hill, New Jersey announces her passing on April 16, 2025. She is survived by her brother William A Connelly, sister-in-law Bonnie L Connelly and niece Jaclyn A Connelly.
Carolyn was a graduate of Bucknell University where she met her lifelong best friend of fifty years Keryn Cerbone, both proud members of Delta Zeta Sorority. Upon Carolyn’s passing Keryn commented “she was the sister I never had, and will miss her laughter, optimism, and sage advice”. Carolyn loved musical theatre and sang throughout her lifetime in various choirs from college to her church choir. She was dedicated to her family with her pride and joy being her niece Jaclyn. No one could put tinsel on a Christmas tree like Carolyn, taking time to ensure every strand was perfectly placed. She spent her professional career as a talent acquisition leader, most recently at KnippeRx where she was relentless in the quest to find the right talent to drive success for her organization. Carolyn was the type of sister and friend that no matter where she was or how she was feeling, if you needed something she would be there. She is going to be deeply missed, but we take solace in the knowledge that she is with our LORD in Heaven, and that Heaven is a better place because she is there.
Carolyn’s family will receive friends & relatives on Thursday, May 1st, 10-10:45 AM, at Kain-Murphy Funeral Services, 15 West End Avenue, Haddonfield, New Jersey 08033 where her Memorial Service will follow at 11 AM. Interment will take place at Eglington Cemetery in Clarksboro, New Jersey.
