William "Bill" P. Nickerson
On Jan. 9, 2020, Beloved brother of Robert (Linda) Nickerson of Plains, PA & Raymond Nickerson of Pringle, PA; Dear uncle of Nel (David) Hartley of West Palm Beach, FL and Treasured great uncle of Zoey Grace Hartley.
Bill graduated from West Side Central Catholic HS in Kingston, PA & from Duquesne Univ. in Pittsburgh, PA. Following graduation, he began his career as a Spanish foreign language teacher at Camden HS than spanned 32 years. Besides teaching, Bill was passionate about antiques. He worked at an antique co-op in Haddonfield for many years and after it closed moved his business to Burlington: Historic Burlington Antiques & Art Emporium.
Bill’s family will receive friends on Sunday, Jan. 19th, 1-1:45 PM at Kain-Murphy Funeral Services, 15 West End Ave., Haddonfield, NJ 08033; where his Memorial Service will follow at 2 PM. Interment, private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donation may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
