William M. Baumgartner, Jr.

On November 27, 2025, beloved husband of Katherine (nee Junkins); dear brother of Carol B. Reeves; cherished uncle of Donald & William Reeves and loving great uncle of Matthew, Cortland, Ethan & Cole.

Bill graduated from Haddonfield Memorial HS, Class of 1955, Wesleyan University in CT and from Univ. of Penn Law School.  After gaining a year of experience, Bill joined his Law firm at its initial location in Camden.  The firm later moved to Moorestown. Bill was made partner at Zink, Brown, Baumgartner & Cutts.  He worked with his firm for over 50 years before retiring.  Additionally, Bill was Chair of the Community House in Moorestown, a member and officer at Moorestown Rotary, and a longtime active member of the Lutheran Church of Our Savior in Haddonfield.  He was also part of the “Lunch Club” at Ponzio’s. Lastly, he may be remembered as a frequent swimmer at the YMCA and Wahoos.

Bill’s burial will be private.  All are invited to a Memorial Service celebrating Bill’s life at the Lutheran Church of Our Savior,  204 Wayne Ave, Haddonfield, NJ 08033.  Please check back (www.KainMurphy.com/obituaries) for the date & time of the Memorial Service.
