On January 5, 2026, beloved husband of Katalina (nee Tydingco); loving father of Robert K. Uyehara, Jr. and Richard Uyehara; dear brother of Thomas, Gregory, Barbara Uyehara, Marsha Nowinski, and the late Stephen Uyehara and the late Shirley Cubio and son of the late Barry & Margaret Uyehara.

Bob proudly served as a pilot in the US Air Force for over 20 years, retiring as a Lt. Col. from McGuire Air Force Base.

Burial at Arlington National Cemetery will be private.
