Paul Matthew Williams
On May 30, 2023, Adored grandfather of Nicholas Brago, Esq. and Danielle Brago; Beloved brother of Gerald Williams (Jackie), David Williams (Anne), Kathleen “Kate” Myers (Wynn), the late Cassandra McClure, the late Warren Williams, and the late Robert Williams; Dear brother-in-law of Gail Williams, Elaine McClure and the late Bill McClure. Paul will be sadly missed by his former wife Lucy Williams and step-daughters Kim, Cherie & Lisa DeForest along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Paul’s parents, Harrold & Louise raised Paul and his siblings in Haddonfield. He graduated from Haddonfield Memorial High School, Class of 71. Paul was an avid baseball player. He was All-South Jersey in high school, played for Rider University, and after graduation played for the American Legion Post 72 Baseball team. For 25 years, Paul was a social worker for the State of NJ, specializing in assisting those with developmental disabilities.
Paul’s family will receive friends on Sunday, June 4th, 1-1:45 PM, at Kain-Murphy Funeral Services, 15 West End Ave., Haddonfield, NJ 08033; where his Memorial Service will follow at 2 PM. Interment, private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in honor of Paul may be made to the American Heart Association, PO Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284-0692.
