John R. Felten

On March 11, 2026, age 83 of Vero Beach, FL; Loving husband of the Late Suzanne (nee Ford); Dear brother-in-law of the late Lynnette Ford Selgrath of Phila., PA, Steven Ford of Greensboro, NC, Keith Ford of West Chester, PA, Lance Ford of Knoxville, TN, Carolyn Ford Mitchel of Media, PA and Karen Ford of Coatesville, PA and uncle of Dorothy Marie Selgrath and Dianna Selgrath.  Also survived by his cousin Nancy Morrison.
John received his BChe, June 1964 from Univ. of Delaware.  John married the love of his life, Suzanne Ford, in 1968 at the Haddonfield United Methodist Church.  He worked 12 years for Gulf Oil in Philadelphia, Houston and New Orleans.  He was Supervisor of Planning & Economics at Alliance Refinery in New Orleans.  He served 6 years as Supply Sargent in the Army Reserves and earned an MEngMgt at Tulane Univ in 1972.  John joined Arthur D. Little in 1976 and worked as an International Petroleum Refining Consultant in 30 countries for 20 years, retiring in 1996.  John and Suzanne retired to Vero Beach, FL and spent their summers in Casco, ME.  John’s hobbies include golf, fishing, singing, dancing, traveling and community service.                             John’s Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 17^th from 10-10:45 AM in the Chapel at Haddonfield United Methodist Cemetery, 29 Warwick Rd., Haddonfield, NJ; where his Service will follow at 11 AM.  Interment, Haddonfield Methodist Cemetery.
