Charles "Chuck" A. Finnie, Jr.

On June 18th, 2025, Beloved husband for 55 years of Barbara Finnie (nee Alexander, deceased); Loving father of Kristen Butera (Bob), Kimberly Finnie (Erik Frykholm) and Ryan Finnie (Beverly Place); Cherished Poppy of Kylie, Conor & Liam Frykholm; Dear brother of Patricia Wallace (deceased); Caring uncle to Matthew and Bill Wallace; Warm brother-in-law to David Alexander (Betsy Alexander).
Chuck was born in Philadelphia, where he explored printmaking and photographic art making at Dobbins Technical High School. He enjoyed a long successful career in sales, working for Chemco and Konica Minolta. He was a resident of Haddonfield for 47 years, where he enjoyed many long-standing friendships. He enjoyed playing tennis, collecting art, painting and drawing, weekly trips to the Westmont Diner and spending time with his family and friends.
Chuck’s family & friends are invited to an evening viewing on Tues., June 24th, 6-8 PM at Kain-Murphy Funeral Services, 15 West End Ave. Haddonfield, NJ and again on Wednesday morning, June 25th from 9-9:45am; where his funeral service will immediately follow at 10am. Interment at Haddonfield Methodist Cemetery.
All are invited following the internment on June 25 from 12-4 PM, to a special exhibit of Chuck’s artwork at Il Villaggio, 211 Haddonfield-Berlin Rd., Cherry Hill, NJ; where his artwork will be available through a silent auction to benefit the Mabel Kay Senior Center, where he enjoyed spending time making art with his friends and serving on the Board of Directors.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in honor of Chuck may be made to Mabel Kay Senior Center.
