Cheryl Lynn Brady
(nee Johnson) Passed away on January 25, 2026. Cheryl was the devoted wife of Barry Brady; cherished mother of Matthew (Tami Fertig) Brady and Michael (Laura Santamaria) Brady; adoring grandmother of Mabel and Alice Brady; dear sister of Karen Moeller.
Cheryl was a librarian at the Haddonfield Public Library for many years. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English from Butler University in Indianapolis, IN, in 1970, where she was also a member of the corps de ballet in the classical dance program. Cheryl retained a deep and abiding interest in classical ballet her entire life. She and Barry celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary in August.
Cheryl’s family will receive friends on Sunday, February 1st from 2-4pm at Kain-Murphy Funeral Services, 15 West End Ave., Haddonfield, NJ. Cheryl’s Funeral Mass will take place on Monday, February 2nd at 11am at Christ the King RC Church in Haddonfield, NJ. Interment will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Greenwich, CT, on Tuesday, February 3rd at 1:30 pm.
