Carole E. Tatem
(nee Hendricks) On July 14, 2024. Devoted wife of George C. Tatem, Jr; cherished mother of Shane Daly, Emma (David) Kelly, Rebecca (Michael) Long, Allison (William) Bisirri, and Amy (Edward) Dougherty; adoring grandmother of Jessica, John, Emilia, Liam, Simon, Julian, Irene, Brigid, George, Caroline, Evelyn, Conrad, Callum, Neil and Alec; great-grandmother of Dylan and Claire; loving sister of Lewis (Karen) Henricks.
Carole was an English teacher for over 20 years at Paul IV High School in Haddonfield, NJ. She was a former member of St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Haddon Heights and then a longtime member of Grace Episcopal Church in Haddonfield, NJ.
Relatives and friends are invited to greet Carole’s family on Saturday, August 3rd from 10-10:45am at Grace Episcopal Church, 19 Kings Hwy. East, Haddonfield, NJ; where her funeral service will immediately follow at 11am. Interment will follow in the Church’s Memorial Garden. In lieu of flowers, charitable donations in Carole’s name may be made to Grace Church at the above address.
