Betty was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Spending time with her family and extended family gave her the biggest joy in life. She was the master of unconditional love.
After graduating from St. Mary of the Angels Academy in Haddonfield Betty went to work at RCA and while there, met her husband Raymond and married in July 1955.
As a young girl Betty was dedicated to her love of ice skating, traveling from her home in Camden to Philadelphia to practice. She was recruited by the Ice Capades, but the extensive travel was daunting. Betty’s love of sports continued throughout her life. Ray and Betty spent winters skiing with their children and summers swimming in Ocean City. Betty in her later years also became an avid golf enthusiast and carried her love of golf into her eighties.
Cooking and Crafting were her favorite hobbies, and her art and recipes will be in the family archives forever.
